Weekend warrior or not, try this quick upper body workout with a few of my favorite dumbbell movements included next time you step in the gym ⤵️
1️⃣ 3 sets x 12 reps dumbbell row
2️⃣ 3 sets x 12 reps chest press on exercise ball
3️⃣ 3 sets x 12 reps wide grip lat pulldown
4️⃣ 3 sets x 12 reps tricep kickbacks
5️⃣ 20 min. cardio (elliptical, treadmill, versa climber)
