The Bachelor‘s Megan Marx has revealed she suffered from sleep paralysis as a child.
Posting to Instagram on Sunday, the reality star, 32, described the ordeal as ‘terrifying’, and admitted she was once afraid to fall asleep.
Sleep paralysis is the temporary inability to move or speak upon waking, while hallucinations occur shortly before or after a person nods off.
