PRINCE Harry wore a tuxedo as he presented war heroes with medals in New York tonight – after he was banned from wearing his military uniform by the Palace.
The Duke of Sussex, 37, was barred from donning his uniform under the terms of Megxit, which saw him stripped of his honorary titles.
