With lockdown almost fully lifted here in the UK (D day is July 19), the Wimbledon Tennis Championship resumed on Monday, after it was cancelled last year for the first time since World War II.

‘Bridgerton’ actress Nicola Coughlan was a guest of Evian, who asked guests to follow the Smart + Eco-Conscious dress code.

There are many sustainable brands to choose from, yet Nicola opted to wear a look from Stella McCartney’s Pre-Fall 2021 collection.

I’m torn between loving the retro vibes of the colour blocking, which seems like an ode to tennis legends like Steffi Graf, and wondering if nostalgia is blinding me from seeing that this is a mess of a dress with too much going on.

I thought this was kinda cute…
