Cyrell Paule has vowed to ‘end the nastiness’ after her topless Instagram photo, following her recent breast augmentation, was reported on Monday.

The Married At First Sight star shared a near-identical version of the reported photo to her page on Tuesday, alongside a collage of images of her famous pals who have also stripped off. 

In the caption, the 32-year-old said the original picture was intended to empower others to be confident in their own skin, and said the online trolling has to stop.
