Jennifer Hudson attended ELLE’s 27th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on Tuesday (October 19) in Los Angeles, California.
The ‘Respect’ star was one of the few to opt for a tuxedo on this occasion, which was a good way to stand out alongside all the gowns.
She wore a Ralph Lauren Collection tuxedo rooted in classic menswear styling, which doesn’t break until you get to the shoes.
With regards to the black shoes, I was happy to see that they blended into the red carpet, but the buttons did tie them into the look.
I keep going back and forth when it comes to the trousers.
