James “Arg” Argent has finally had his successful £10,000 gastric operation.

Now the singer, 33, revealed the gruesome extent of his recovery, including throwing up blood, following a successful gastric op.

At nearly 27 stone, the reality star Arg had sleeve gastrectomy op at Transform, a top clinic in Birmingham last week.

He hopes to get down to 16 stone.

On the road to recovery, the former TOWIE star admitted it was “quite scary” being randomly sick and “lots of blood” coming up.

The TV personality has to inject himself daily and cannot eat solid food for six weeks including his favourite meals like pizza.
