As much as I loved Rita Ora in this sheer St. John dress, I didn’t expect the majority to agree that she was Best Dressed this week.

Sheer dresses have always been a bit of a sticking point, but this was a rare moment when we could all appreciate just how elegant a dress of this nature can be.
