Piers Morgan and Donald Trump have a bizarre friendship.
The Good Morning Britain presenter and US President formed a bond during the first series of the Celebrity Apprentice.
Trump chose Piers as his winner – telling him “tactless, ruthless, aggressive, hard, possibly brilliant, you knocked them all out one by one – you win.”
He dubbed Piers as the “best business brain”, with the Brit gaining a record for the most money earned on the show at the time at a combined total of $750,000.
They formed a close bond from that moment forth – with Piers claiming that he was always in debt to Trump.
However, one person was not happy with their ‘bromance’ – Piers’ wife Celia Walden.

According to an interview in GQ, she isn’t always “too happy” with the set-up – to the extent where Piers once chided her about it, saying she should be more “opportunistic”.
