JACK Fincham has shared a rare photograph of his daughter Blossom in a sweet tribute to his late Nanny Kath.

The Love Island winner’s grandparent passed away in March after a long cancer battle, leaving Jack heartbroken.

Yesterday he shared a snap of Kath holding baby Blossom and smiling in a lovely family moment.

He wrote: “So happy my Nanny got to meet her beautiful great granddaughter I miss you every single day Nanny and talk to you and I know your guiding me every step of the way love and miss you xxx.”

Following Kath’s death in March, the 29-year-old shared a selection of photos of her, showing the happy moments they had together.

He wrote at the time: “Rest in peace my beautiful Nanny, I love you and miss you so much already, Nanny Kath.

“I told you everything and you always gave me the best advice. You were the rock of the family and not a day will go by when I won’t think of you.

“Love you so much, you were the best Nanny I could of ever asked for, I have so many amazing memories with you.”
