Well Chloe Bailey made sure that she was going to be that girl to deliver when she took to the red carpet at the event on Sunday (November 21) in Los Angeles.

The singer wore a black velvet Monsoori gown which had more than just the slit going on.

Some might feel two cut-outs are a bit much especially when the slit was so very revealing. Some angles were ? .
