We have admired how Gemma Chan’s red carpet looks have been on theme during the ‘Eternals’ promo tour.

So when I saw Angelina Jolie wearing this Valentino Fall 2018 Haute Couture gown for a photoshoot prior to the premiere, I had one question.

Why?

Why was this not an option for the red carpet when it couldn’t have been a more perfect fit in terms of style, her stature and theme of this superhero film?

I was so fixated on an Atelier Versace moment during this promo tour, that this is what I should’ve been wishing for, as this is one of her best looks to date.
