Stacey Solomon dropped a “showering” bombshell during Friday’s Loose Women, leaving her co-stars aghast.
The 30-year-old daytime television babe confessed during the ITV programme that she does not shower every day, and sometimes just washes her “important bits”.
The mum-of-three admitted: “I am not going to lie I do not wash my hair every day and sometimes if I’m in a rush I just wash my important bits.
“I’ve always thought as long as you wash your important bits it’s OK.
“Like you can have a quick wash, sometimes I don’t have time for a 15-minute shower.
“Also I don’t think it’s that good for your hair and skin and stuff.”

The panel, including Stacey, Kelle Bryan, Judi Love and Saira Khan, were horrified after her confession.
Stacey asked Judi to back her up, but Judi refused and insisted she never skips a shower.
