Helen Mirren also gave us two looks during the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda 2021 festivities in Venice, Italy this weekend.

Like Maria Bakalova, Helen also wore a look from the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda 2017 collection.

I understand why the sleeves were added to this look, being a young 76-year-old.  And I love how they enhance the regal flare of the look.

I almost wish she wore a gold tiara to make things official.

You weren’t so enamoured by the styling of her previous Dolce & Gabbana look during the 2021 Cannes Film Festival, so how does this look fare?

I love that even though she opted for the most opulent earrings and gold clutch, nothing was going to upstage that jewelled corset.
