I would say that this Proenza Schouler Fall 2021 dress fits perfectly, with its effortless throw-on-and-go charm, boasting embellishments which imbue that touch of whimsy she desires.

Had this been on a red carpet in New York, LA or London, I would’ve said that the elongated figure which grazes the ankles needed a pair of statement shoes, but I would imagine that things are a tad more laidback on…
