6ix9ine has claimed he was in the ‘wrong place at the wrong time’ after using a 13-year-old girl in a sexual performance.
In 2015, the rapper, also known as Tekashi69, pleased guilty to a felony count of the use of a child in a sexual performance, after he posted three videos involving a 13-year-old girl online.
According to the complaint against Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, one video showed ‘the child [engaging] in oral sexual intercourse with the separately charged defendant, while the defendant, Daniel Hernandez, stands behind the child making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking her on her buttocks. The child is nude in the video’.
Other videos showed the child sitting in Hernandez’s lap.
Hernandez was sentenced to four years probation and 1,000 hours of community service as part of a plea deal, but says he does not ‘hate’ himself.
Speaking to the New York Times, the Trollz rapper said: ‘The thing with a 13-year-old girl, I was at the wrong place at the wrong time.’
